Why direct draw over a remote system
A direct draw setup keeps the beer line short — usually under 5 feet from keg to faucet — which means simpler system balancing, less foaming, no glycol chiller required, and far lower install cost than a long-draw or remote system. For bars pouring under ~10 kegs a week per tap, direct draw is the right architecture. The Serv-Ware 49" cabinet is sized so a 2-keg lineup fits with room to work the couplers, and the 1-hole top gives you flexibility on tower placement.
Install notes for techs
Standard North American Sankey (D-system) couplers fit domestic half-barrels and sixtels. Tower shanks typically use 3" or 3-1/8" hole spacing — confirm against your tower's base plate before ordering. Air-cooled direct-draw towers are recommended for runs under 18" to the faucet; for taller or insulated towers, plan on a tower cooling fan to prevent first-pour foam. CO2 regulator pressure is usually set at 10–14 PSI depending on beer style and line length. Bottom-mount compressor, front-breathing — flush install OK on sides and rear.
Covered by a 2-year parts and labor warranty plus a 5-year compressor warranty. Ships freight from our warehouse — order by 2 PM CT for same-day handling.
