  • Before First Use: Boil water in the pan, and wash it with water and detergent.
  • Care & Maintenance: Hand wash only. Dry immediately and completely - do not leave to air dry. Rub a light coat of cooking oil on inside and outside of pan, cover with paper towel and store in a dry, non-humid, safe place.
